The Team

Our Story

Quality Mails was born out of a need we saw firsthand while building Quality Appointments (QA), our sales agency. While scaling QA, we realized that cold email is still the king of B2B outreach, but most tools either overcomplicated the process, delivered poor quality, or left businesses feeling frustrated and blocked.

We asked ourselves: "What if there was a platform focused on doing one thing incredibly well, delivering quality mails that actually get results?" So we decided to build it ourselves.

QM is the natural evolution of our journey: From setting appointments → to generating conversations → to empowering businesses to own their entire outreach.
